No payment is requested
RABBITX Pro US$24/month is a proposed price for research. The current Beta has no live payment flow, so there is no paid Crazy Rabbit order to refund through this website. Sandbox test transactions do not constitute a real purchase.
If you see an unexpected charge
Contact the maintainer to clarify whether the charge relates to Crazy Rabbit. Do not post card details or billing documents in public GitHub Issues; start with a general question without personal transaction details. For a charge identified as Paddle, use Paddle buyer support to identify the seller and request help.
Before paid launch
A policy defining eligibility, the request period, contact method, processing and subscription cancellation will be published before live checkout is enabled. This page does not promise a refund window for a future product. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
